Loren Middag, MPT
Loren Middag is the Director of Physical Therapy Education for M.H.P.S. INC. Loren is a graduate of Loma Linda University and the owner of Jump Start Physical Therapy which involves two wellness centers with a large variety of services that include MetabolicRx Therapy. He is a clinical instructor for Loma Linda’s School of Physical Therapy providing one-on-one physical therapy education to interns at all levels from assistant level to doctoral level. He is director of all outpatient post operative education for Los Angeles LAPD and LASD. He is the director of Functional Capacity Evaluations, a pre-employment evaluation, for Sisco, Merci-Air, Pepsi and Taco Bell. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is the appointed physical therapist for the United States National Acrobatic Gymnastics Team. Loren is an active enthusiast in white water rafting, sky diving, wilderness hiking, black diamond back country snow skiing and a triathlon competitor. Loren, like Christine, shares the passion for bodybuilding which led to his First Place Title at the San Diego World Gym Classic, Middle Weight in 2006. |  |

Lyniel
Mitchell
Lyneil Mitchell, DPT is a 2006 graduate of the Doctorate
of Physical Therapy program from Gannon University and a
three sport collegiate athlete excelling with
all-American honors.
Lyneil has focused his training in sports physical
therapy. He is a published author in sports medicine
research for the prestigious publication by the North
American Journal of Sports Physical Therapy and was a
speaker at the National Sports Medicine conference held
at the University of Cincinnati in May 2008.
Lyneil was privileged to treat and train several
professional and amateur athletes. Highlights are
Hyleas Fountain and Mary Wineberg along with a list of
NFL teams including the Cincinnati Bengal’s, Baltimore
Ravens, Philadelphia Eagles, Carolina Panthers, and St.
Louis Rams.
Lyneil is also heavily engaged in sports performance
training. Lyneil has contracts with Gannon Women’s
basketball, who recently finished in the final four of
the division II NCAA tournament. He is also the
official strength and conditioning specialist for
Mercyhurst high school women’s basketball. Lyneil has
also trained numerous athletes from local middle and
high schools and colleges in Western Pennsylvania.
Lyneil has always been interested in fitness and
nutrition secondary to his sports career, primarily in
wrestling. Fitness and nutrition are integral
components to have homeostasis of the human body. If
our system is in a pathological state or when we are
overweight it makes us more vulnerable for injury,
illness and disease. Lyneil has always encouraged his
patients to improve their nutrition and fitness and
potentially lose weight to enhance recovery from
injuries. Lyneil has been utilizing the MetabolicRx
Therapy system since 2008 to provide his clients with
the information they need and a program that gets
results and he is currently conducting MetabolicRx
Therapy on-site trainings. |

Dr. Lorri A.
Lankiewicz - President/CEO Balance For Wellness, Inc
Lorri A. Lankiewicz received the distinction of
earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock
University in 2006. Dr. Lorri, who graduated Summa Cum Laude, is the
President and CEO of Balance For Wellness Hands-On Physical Therapy
and Wellness Center located in Butler, Pennsylvania. Dr. Lankiewicz is
a 1994 graduate of Duquesne University with a Masters degree in
Physical Therapy (Magna Cum Laude), and a 1990 graduate of the
University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors degree in Sports
Medicine/Athletic Training (Cum Laude).
Dr. Lorri also holds a certificate designating her as a
Professional Life and Business Coach, with a specialty in Health
Coaching and a certificate in Natural Nutritional Consulting. Most
recently, Dr Lorri joined the team of MetabolicRx Therapy as a
Supervisory Board member and program trainer. Dr. Lankiewicz was
named to the Heritage Registry of Who's Who in American Women Business
Owners for her accomplishments in the field of physical therapy. She
is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and
the local Pennsylvania Therapy Association. |  |

Helen Stosel,
MD
Helen Stosel is a licensed physician specializing in Endocrinology, Diabetes,
and Metabolism. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA, followed by a Medical Degree from UC
Davis. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Cedars Sinai Medical Center/UCLA.
From there, she went on to complete her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Harbor/UCLA
Medical Center. After completing her training, she settled in south Orange County, California where she has been
in private practice for over ten years.
She has been asked to speak for various programs related to Endocrinology, including both physician and patient
education programs and she has served as a consultant in various capacities. She is a member of the American
Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, American Diabetes Association, American Medical Association, Vascular
Biology Working Group, and American Association of Environmental Medicine. She has published articles in the ‘The
Endocrinologist.’
She is passionate about her medical specialty and grateful that she is able to help people live longer and healthier
lives. She strongly believes in an integrative approach to healthcare, and the importance of addressing the spirit
as well as the mind and body.
She is pleased to participate in a program that she feels can make a significant difference in peoples’ lives. |

Kristy L. Richardson,
MPH, RD, CHES
Kristy L. Richardson is a Registered Dietitian and President of the Orange District of the California Dietetic Association. She has a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management and she is a Certified Health Education Specialist. Kristy is an adjunct faculty member at UC Irvine, Cal State Fullerton, and Fullerton College, where she teaches nutrition, health and exercise physiology courses. She provides one-on-one and small group nutrition education to athletes at Cal State Fullerton, including the men's soccer team, dancers in the theatre and dance department, and cadets in the military science department. Kristy also provides nutrition education for private and public employee wellness programs, including the Santa Ana College Wellness Program where she primarily works with firefighters and police officers. Kristy graduated Magna Cum Laude with her B.S. in Nutritional Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and received her Master of Public Health degree in Community Health Science from UCLA. She is currently working on her M.S. in Kinesiology at Cal State Fullerton. |

David A. Young,
PhD, MPH
David A. Young is a licensed psychologist, behavioral health care administrator, and consultant He is currently the co-founder and president of LifePortal, a technology solutions company that uses web-based applications and cell phone technology to help youth and young adults (16 to 25 yrs) obtain access to community services and resources that help them live healthy, independent lives. He also founded and coutinues to be an executive consultant to Health Psychology Associates, a behavioral group private practice in Irvine California. He has been the Administrator for a large community based organization in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties that providcs mental health and educational services to children, youth and families. He has served as an Executive Director for a large non-profit mental health services agency that focused on the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities of the East Bay, as an Associate Vice President for Clinical and Professional Services for a large behavioral health provider organization serving all of Northern California, and as an Associate Professor at the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles - CSPP-LA (aka Alliant International University) in the Health Psychology proficiency. He was trained as a clinical health psychologist with a PhD from the CSPP-LA and a master’s degree emphasizing health care administration, from the Harvard School of Public Health.
